  • Must be able to float to all acute care units- Ortho, Neuro, med-surg, telemetry, surgical tele, oncology as well as floating to our West Lakes hospital (9.5 miles from dt.) to cover tele and med-surg floors there.

    • Job Requirements
    • American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
    • Must be dated within 30 days of start. For any position requiring a license or certification, attach scanned on-line verification page with a machine-generated date indication when the verification was performed within past 30 days.
      • Unit Specific Information
      • Must have 1st vaccination in series prior to start; 2nd shot in series 30 days later; 3rd shot in series 6 months later. Hep B titers will NOT be accepted. Proof of vaccination must be uploaded into Trinity VMS.
        • Additional Details
        • All engaged contractors must have page 27 signed form on file in Trinity VMS.
        • Standard i9 completed by the agency.
