Lead a Team to Success at NUCKOLLSWe are seeking a highly
motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team at NUCKOLLS.
As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process to
service existing clients, developing relationships to add new
clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals.Key
Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service
skills.
- Research new business opportunities and identify potential
clients.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and
support as needed.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and
processes.
- Report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based
CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to
drive team success.Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes
stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and
goal-oriented mindset.
- Desire to be active in the community and contribute to our
organization's success.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.Licensing
Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are
required.
- Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
