Job Description **The candidate selected will work from May - August 2025**

Position Summary: The role of the Project Coordinator - Intern is a seasonal paid internship and will provide support to Construction Project Managers with reviewing project documentation for nonrecurring capital expenditures. The Project Coordinator - Intern will work closely with the EXO team. This position is also responsible for the accurate verification and reviewing of invoices, entered by the EXO team, for payment and assisting in other accounting and financial transactions. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.



Essential Job Functions:

• 
  
• Communicates with Project Managers, vendors, etc, on questions and concerns affecting capital projects and follows procedures relevant to Construction Management and Accounting.
  
• Liaison for EXO team
  
• Process Capital Request Forms and associated documentation through the contract workflow process. This includes assisting with submission of Construction vendors through the vendor queue; including verification of correct documentation.
  
• Review construction invoices submitted by all parties, verifies accuracy, completeness, job coding, and percent complete. Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies prior to submitting to Accountant for approval. Follows up on delayed or missing invoices. Support with processing invoices related to property renovations through accounting workflow.

  Minimum Qualifications/Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
    
  • Proficiency in use of a personal computer and software programs such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
    
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality to maintain accuracy on reports, lists and pricing
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    
  • Excellent time management, multi-task prioritization and organizational skills, and ability to consistently meet deadlines
    
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people andcustomers.
