Job Description:

members and help them succeed.Prepare internal management and Board
committee reporting, perform financial statement analysis,
including profitability analysis on the Bank's product lines, and
assist with Bank and department projects as needed. This position
also supports the external reporting function with quarterly and
annual SEC reporting processes, as well as the filing of Form
8-Ks.Accountabilities:Responsibilities/Duties/Function/Tasks:
- Prepare monthly internal management and Board committee
reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statement analyses to identify
notable drivers and trends
- Prepare monthly product profitability analyses and investigate
changes in profitability on applicable product lines
- Prepare monthly peer analysis on other FHLBanks
- Prepare ad-hoc internal reporting deliverables, as requested by
management
- Assist with the preparation of the Bank's quarterly, annual,
and Form 8-K SEC filings in accordance with GAAP, SEC, and
regulatory requirements
- Provide additional support to the external reporting function,
as requested
- Adhere to compliance with departmental regulatory guidance and
internal controls, including SOX 404 controls
- Assist with the preparation and submission of financial
information to the Office of Finance and the Finance Agency
- Prepare analysis and recommendations for member dividends
- Contribute to the development of automated solutions to improve
effectiveness of processes, reduce risk, and promote
efficiencies
- Execute project responsibilities in accordance with Bank
policies and project expectations
- Perform cross functional duties to support team processes
- Assist with the development of materials for division
meetings
- Other duties and projects as assignedQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2-4 years of related experience; exposure/experience with
financial reporting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills, both
verbal and written
- Strong personal computer skills including Excel, SQL,
PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Workiva (Wdesk) application
preferredCompensation Range:Annual Salary: $68,536.00 -
$76,599.00This salary range represents the Bank's good faith and
reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire.
Offer to be determined by selected applicant's education,
experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as internal
equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible
to participate in the Bank's annual incentive plan. As part of our
