Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Consultant to
enhance customer experiences with Workday products.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their business needs and
collaborate with sales teams to align solutions with strategic
goals
Partner with senior consultants to create compelling business cases
and value propositions for Kainos products
Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to identify
opportunities for product development and support sales
initiatives
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of industry experience in the HCM sector, preferably with
Workday
1-2 years of experience in solution consulting, sales, project
management, or customer-facing roles, preferably within SaaS
Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver value-based
proposals to diverse audiences
Desire to build relationships and foster collaboration with
customers and internal teams
