Job Description:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with
business leaders to recruit talent for a variety of positions, from
technical and professional roles to leadership and specialized,
hard-to-fill positions. Leveraging expertise, develop and execute
strategic sourcing strategies, guide hiring teams through the
recruitment process, and ensure all hiring practices align with
compliance standards. The role will foster strong relationships
with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with
organizational goals. Serves as a strategic partner to business
leaders, providing consultative guidance and talent acquisition
expertise to ensure the company attracts, engages, and retains top
talent aligned with business objectives. The role will also involve
proactive workforce planning, strategic sourcing, and competitor
mapping.
