Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Customer Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Become proficient in knowledge base requirements and platforms to
efficiently resolve client needs
Maintain documentation of client interactions to ensure continuity
and accuracy
Provide excellent client service, assist with onboarding, and
manage high volumes of tasks
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related
field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in auction and/or logistics/transportation is
preferred
Ability to adapt in a changing environment
Experience in a customer-focused, service-oriented role
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
