Job Description:
A company is looking for a College Counselor (Full-time).
Key Responsibilities
Guide 40-50 high school students, primarily juniors and seniors,
through the college application process
Develop relationships with local high schools and counselors while
representing the organization in public speaking engagements
Participate in training, mentoring, and ongoing professional
development to enhance counseling skills
Required Qualifications
Experience in college admissions, academic advising, or related
fields
Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents
Understanding of the college admissions landscape and its impact on
families
Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons
Passion for supporting students in their college journey
