Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Client Partner to oversee
and cultivate client relationships, ensuring measurable business
impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts, typically valued at $8-12M, and
drive business impact and revenue growth
Build and maintain advisory relationships within client
organizations, facilitating strategic conversations and
opportunities
Oversee customer satisfaction and account profitability while
collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of
services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a
digital agency, consultancy, or digital product development
environment
Proven experience in growing key clients with accounts valued at
$8M or more
Strong financial acumen, skilled in forecasting and revenue
management
Experience in the Healthcare or Financial Services vertical
preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce and Sitecore or other composable DXP
preferred
