Key Responsibilities
Oversee the servicing of the SBA loan portfolio, ensuring
compliance with all requirements
Perform all SBA-related servicing tasks, including disbursements,
billing, and payment processing
Assist with loan modification requests and ensure insurance
coverage is verified and documented
Required Qualifications
5 years or more of SBA Loan Operations experience
Advanced knowledge of lending principles and procedures
Well-versed in SBA rules, regulations, and standard operating
procedures
Highly organized and motivated with the ability to handle multiple
tasks concurrently
Self-motivated with the ability to meet designated deadlines
