Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer &
Developer to join their Learning and Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Create coursework for employee, customer, and partner product
enablement
Design and implement innovative product education programs
Develop comprehensive training materials and collaborate with
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in corporate training, preferably in a SaaS
for B2B organization
2-4 years of hands-on experience with eLearning development,
particularly using Articulate Rise360
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS administration
Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning
approaches
Demonstrated ability to design engaging eLearning programs
