Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Digital Product Designer,
Design Systems to lead the strategic evolution of digital design
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design, implementation, and scaling of the design
system, ensuring consistency and accessibility
Create and maintain libraries in design and documentation tools to
support user experiences
Collaborate with developers to ensure technical alignment and
mentor teams in design systems best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience, or HS Diploma/GED and
10 years of experience
Understanding of the Human Centered Design (HCD) process
Working knowledge of current User Experience methods
Experience with Accessibility concerns for digital products
End-to-end knowledge of all stages of User Experience Design
