Build and implement sourcing strategies for talent acquisition

generation
Support hiring managers by managing hiring processes and interview
administration
Required Qualifications
Proven experience recruiting for startups with a high hiring
bar
Experience across Marketing, Sales, Success, and Support
disciplines
Background in high-growth environments with rapid team
expansion
Ability to engage both active and passive candidates through
various channels
Experience in generating reports to enhance hiring processes
