Job Description:
A company is looking for an Expert Coach II (NBC-HWC).
Key Responsibilities:
Empowers members to self-manage chronic conditions
Assesses individual member needs to drive positive behavior
changes
Provides mentorship and support to less experienced coaches
Required Qualifications:
Must possess and maintain certification as a National Board
Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
Minimum of a bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of professional experience in the healthcare
field
Strong background knowledge of diabetes management and treatment
options
Registered Dietitian (RD) and/or Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)
certification preferred
