Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the UX strategy to align with business
goals
Create and maintain a unified design language across all products
and services
Lead the UX team in developing and executing high-quality,
user-centered designs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a 0-1 environment with a proven track
record of leading a design team
Demonstrated experience collaborating with product teams to develop
user-centered solutions
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative
Suite
Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and UX
principles
Outstanding portfolio showcasing sophisticated conceptual thinking
and strong visual design
