A company is looking for a Business Development Loan Officer:
Commercial Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to expand loan volume to $5mm+
monthly
Build, manage, and nurture relationships with borrowers, brokers,
and real estate professionals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market trends to
drive growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience as a loan originator or loan officer in
commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience with office technology such as Microsoft Office and
G-Suite
