Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations
Administrator to support its Customer Success teams and manage
contract processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the contract cycle and build renewal quotes for the Customer
Success team
Analyze and improve process flows related to renewals and customer
success
Create training manuals and documentation for sales
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
Experience with Salesforce.com is required
Prior experience with quoting, subscriptions, and contracts
Ability to investigate and resolve data issues
Experience in maintaining accurate customer data
