We stand behind the quality of our designs, the integrity of our people, and the generations of client relationships weve formed based on trust, firm handshakes, and the belief that together we can accomplish anything.Core ValuesCommitment to DEIBMSA seeks to provide a workplace where everyone can feel secure in bringing their authentic selves to work, where opportunities to learn and succeed are afforded to all, and in which diversity of perspective leads to an innovative and successful employee-owned firm.ResponsibilitiesThework you may doReview RFPs/RFQs that MSA receives and circulate with necessary stakeholdersPrepare proposals, including formatting, layout, technical writing, and proofreadingAssist in creating materials, including project write-ups, case studies, resumes, and client presentationsFacilitate client presentation preparationResearch, write, and update information including project descriptions, resumes, and other qualification materialsMaintain up-to-date proposal information in MSAs DAM, ERP and CRMMeet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gatheringRead and analyze RFQ/RFPs and edit proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity, and complianceManage strong working relationships with staff to ensure proposal input is accurate, compelling, and timelyInterface with technical professionals in the writing, editing, and publication of various document typesWork with Marketing Team to update marketing collateralManage electronic proposal files and ensure file closeout procedures are followedQualificationsWhat you bringSkills and Knowledge / Education and Experience:Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field requiredThree years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing and/or sales requiredExperience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesignProficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)AP Style experiencePrevious experience in A/E/C industry or similar strong preferredThe selected candidate must be authorized to work
