Job Description:

members and help them succeed.The Systems Engineer plans and
designs systems infrastructure, including the implementation and
design of hardware and software. Analyzes, develops, modifies and
maintains systems. Diagnoses problems and provides recommendations
for improvements on existing and new systems.Accountabilities:
- Design, configure, deploy, and maintain systems, servers, and
storage solutions
- Proactively work to improve reliability, stability, and systems
security
- Support existing applications and projects by responding to
incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Operate in accordance with the Bank's control processes, and
follow IT guidelines.
- Install operating system software, patches, and upgrades.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software,
and networking issues, involving third-party vendor support as
needed for quick resolution of problems.
- Configure, optimize, fine-tune, and monitor operating system
software, servers, storage, virtualization software, and network
devices.
- Design integration of cloud application and infrastructure
services into existing IT systems.
- Ensure infrastructure and cloud services align to IT roadmaps;
understand and convey potential impact to Bank services and
architecture.
- Perform system backups and recovery.
- Secure systems to meet corporate standards and best
practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis for service interruption
recovery and recommend preventative measures.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster
recovery processes and procedures.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of
infrastructure configuration, documentation, processes, standards,
and procedures.
- Participate in research and recommend new technologies to meet
the Bank's business objectives.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the position and comply
with Bank policies and procedures.
- Manage departmental internal controls and regulatory
issues.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent
experience.
- 5-7 years' experience in a corporate environment with AS400,
Windows, or UNIX servers, storage area networks, and/or network
firewalls, switches, load balancers, and other network
equipment
- Microsoft 365 Engineering and Admin experience in a Enterprise
environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint; on-prem
and hosted
- Advanced Windows Server Administrator experience
- Administrator experience with VMware products in an Enterprise
environment
- Experience engineering and administrating VMware VCenter: ESX,
SRM, NSX-T, and VROPS.
- Experience engineering and administrating enterprise
backup/restore, email servers, web servers, Microsoft 365,
SharePoint, and/or other enterprise applications.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills that promote
effective working relationships in a team-oriented
environment.
- Experience with scripting languages, especially Windows
PowerShell, is desired.
- Ability to positively engage, self-motivate, and possess a
strong desire to learn.
- Ability to complete tasks within set project and budgetary
parameters and targets.Compensation Range:Annual Salary:
$105,000.00 - $117,000.00This salary range represents the Bank's
good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the
time of hire. Offer to be determined by selected applicant's
education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as
internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also
eligible to participate in the Bank's annual incentive plan. As

schedule of 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week
