The Role:
* Assist the Executive Director in maintaining licensure and
certification of the Community; ensure compliance with state and
federal regulations.
* Maintain positive relationship with representatives of government
agencies who survey and inspect the Community.
* Ensure that corporate compliance and HIPAA directives are
implemented and monitored.
* Drive strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
and resident satisfaction.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Iowa.
* The technical knowledge required is best obtained through BS or
MS degree in business, health care, or closely related area
* A minimum of three years of management experience in health care
or life care community environment is preferred
* A thorough understanding of federal and state laws related to the
operation of the Community.

Travel Frequency: 0-10%
Estimated Salary Range: $110,400 - $138,000
The actual title & salary offer will carefully consider a wide
range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience
and other relevant factors.
