  • American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.

  • 9 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start date, preferred within 14 days of start. Must include the following: Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, 6- Monoacetylmorphine, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, and Methadone. (NO THC).
  • IA Only: Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training.
