TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Rehab RN in Des Moines, Iowa, 50309 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Rehabilitation Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM 12.00 hours Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week, with the option to request 48 hours Experience: Must have one previous successful travel assignment License: Valid RN License Certifications: COVID and Flu vaccines required; medical or religious exceptions accepted Must-Have: Experience with Epic EMR system Job Description: - Conduct patient care for rehabilitation unit specializing in conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, limb loss, and neuro disorders. - Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5, ensuring high-quality care. - Required to float to various floors as needed based on skillset. - Holiday work requirement includes working two out of three major holidays from specified periods. - Weekend work is required every other weekend. - Participate in orientation as scheduled. - Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a team. - Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols and standards.
