Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Growth Marketing to
develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer
acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the creation and execution of growth marketing strategies
across traditional and digital channels
Define and manage a comprehensive marketing roadmap for optimal
impact
Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering a culture of
learning and collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Proven track record of successful marketing strategies in B2B
environments
Experience in customer acquisition and retention strategies,
product marketing, and digital efforts
Experience in health care or pharmacy benefits management
preferred
