Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of IT to lead its technology
team and manage IT infrastructure and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with
business objectives
Manage and mentor the IT team, ensuring accountability and
fostering collaboration
Oversee IT infrastructure management, project execution, and budget
management
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in information technology,
with at least 4 years in a management role
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information
Technology
Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems,
and security protocols
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Strategic thinking and project management skills
