Job Description:
A company is looking for a Localization Program Manager
responsible for leading global production and account success for a
portfolio of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead operations contact for customers, guiding teams to
meet business objectives
Define and customize client translation and localization programs
to achieve global objectives
Oversee project teams in delivering exceptional customer service
and manage account financials
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a managerial
position
3+ years of experience in external client services at a
localization or similar agency
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent military or
professional experience
Extensive knowledge of localization tools, standards, and
translation processes
Direct experience managing project managers with a focus on
coaching and mentorship
