Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Operations Manager to
oversee multiple teams of EAP care managers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees EAP care management teams, ensuring attainment of service
metrics and staff development
Provides direction on policies, procedures, workflows, and training
needs while conducting performance reviews
Monitors performance guarantees and communicates opportunities for
process and quality improvement with upper management
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline
Current unrestricted clinical practice license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT,
LMHC)
5+ years post-graduate clinical experience in behavioral health
2+ years of clinical supervisory experience
Thorough knowledge of clinical best practices for crisis support
and care management
