culture.What You'll Be Doing:Put your passion where it meets
purpose! We are looking for a Director, Strategic Accounts that
embodies deep relationships, serves as a trusted advisor and has a
strong entrepreneurial spirit to help build our Strategic Accounts
function. Working directly with Evolent's largest clients, you will
both working directly with the client and leading a team of
individuals responsible for the overall client
success.Collaboration Opportunities:Supporting an assigned book of
business strategically to achieve objectives, including
relationship, growth, retention, and customer goals. Including
Manage risks and developing opportunities associated with current
clientsCultivate productive, trusted relationships with key
executives - including C-level and both internal and external
stakeholders of relationshipsUtilize data-driven resources to run
efficient/effective meetings and work sessions with the client and
all relevant Subject Matter Expert (SME)sPossess deep subject
matter expertise on program value and operations for Evolent's
member-facing productsLead regular Partnership review meetings for
each client, including relationship mapping, issue identification,
and action planning, in lead up to scheduled Client Value
MeetingsAdvocate for partner culture, serve as an ambassador within
Evolent and the go-to expert on client priorities and how to get
things done within the health plan organizationAggressively manage
all aspects of the contracts with assigned clients as well as
ensure ongoing contract performance through risk management
activities including assurance of Service Level Agreement
performance, rate/savings maximization through ongoing benefit
analysis and adherence to requirements of the client's legal and
regulatory environmentSupport and DevelopmentDevelop best-in-class
presentation strategy, narratives, and content to support external
meetings with senior stakeholdersPartner with Evolent central
Partner Operations resources to implement relationship best
practices and drive value communication and satisfaction at all
levels of the partner organizationRun regular Partnership review
meetings for each client, including relationship mapping, issue
identification, and action planning, in lead up to scheduled Client
Value MeetingsManage risks and developing opportunities associated
with current clientsProactively assess, validate, and prioritize
client needs on an ongoing basis, channeling input from clients
into Evolent's product roadmap and strategyOperations and
LeadershipWith Operations and Network leadership, monitor issue
resolution and ensure appropriate, timely follow up by Evolent team
members; advocating on behalf of the client within Evolent to
overcome challenges to partner satisfaction and provide feedback to
Evolent to address root causes of satisfaction issuesAdvocate for
partner culture, serve as an ambassador within Evolent and the
go-to expert on client priorities and how to get things done within
the health plan organizationAggressively manage all aspects of the
contracts with assigned clients as well as ensure ongoing contract
performance through risk management activities including assurance
of Service Level Agreement performance, rate/savings maximization
through ongoing benefit analysis and adherence to requirements of
the client's legal and regulatory environmentDemonstrate depth of
knowledge of ALL company productsLead and mentor a team of account
executives and mangers providing ongoing feedback and
supportQualificationsCollege degree or equivalent work experience4
or more years in client or account management leadership roles5+
years broad-based Health Plan experienceExceptionally high
"Emotional Intelligence" - able to connect with diverse
constituents, actively listen, and identify key areas of
sensitivity.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and
influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the
organization, including at the C-level.Ability to creatively
solution in an ever changing and growing environmentTechnical
Requirements:We require that all employees have the following
technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10
Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability
to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home
technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled

position is $120,000-130,000. This position is also eligible for a
bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance
factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is
proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance
benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations
are based on the skills and experience required for the position
and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may
