Job Description:
The Director, Tax Equity Analysis leads the financial analysis
activities of managing BHE B's and BHE Renewables' tax equity
portfolio to support consent requests, financial reporting,
financial planning, and portfolio optimization. These activities
include, but are not limited to, maintaining financial models,
forecasting, budgeting, financial and market analysis, valuations,
deal and contract structuring, due diligence and research. This
position will collaborate with the Sr Leaders of Finance and other
senior leadership to identify and analyze opportunities to maximize
portfolio performance, such as acquisitions, dispositions or
restructures. Additionally, this position will lead due diligence
and other transaction related activities.
